    Due to security concerns, we can not send you your username or password by email.

    You can however contact our 24 hour support staff 7 days per week. They will be able to quickly assist you in retrieving your password/username.

    Alternatively if you do not wish to contact the support team by phone, you can send an email to and request that your password or username be sent to you by regular postal mail. This takes in average approximately 4-10 business days depending on where in the world you are located.

  2. How can I change my Username and Password?
    You can change your username and password inside the casino in the Menu >Personal info section.

  3. What is my PIN number?
    Your PIN number is automatically assigned to you when you create an account with Casino.Net. You do not use the number for anything other than when you correspond with us regarding issues with your account and with funds transfers. This number can not be changed. Should you terminate your membership at Casino.Net, your unique PIN becomes obsolete and will never be issued to another member.

    You can find your PIN number in your 'Personal info' in the Menu section, and also on the Cashier page, inside the casino.
