- What is a security code?
When you make your first deposit WebDollar will send you a security code by postal mail. You must use this security code when you wish to deposit more than €500 or €1,000 (depending on your location), and when you want to withdraw more than €500.

- Will it say "Casino.Net" on my Credit Card statement?
No! We are using WebDollar as a payment processor. It will say either "WebDollar" or "webdollar.com" on your credit card statement. It will not say Casino.Net or any related name.

- Why was my Credit Card declined?
All transactions are authorized by your credit/debit card-issuing bank. Your bank may choose not to accept the transaction to your WebDollar account.
If this is the case, we recommend that you use one of the deposit alternatives listed in the cashier.
Some American and Asian card-issuing banks decline the transaction as a result of it being gaming related. They do this without warning their customers of their change in policy. There is not a problem with your card, and it is your bank who have taken it upon themselves to block all gaming related transactions.

- When will my withdrawal be processed?
It is the aim for WebDollar that all withdrawals should be processed within 2-4 business days. Once the withdrawal has been processed, the time it takes for you to receive the funds depends on the method you used when requesting the withdrawal.
