- How do I advance a level?

- When can I advance?
On the 15th of every month when unconverted comp points have been converted, the levels are set and the statement email is sent out.

- Can my level decrease?
Yes. Think of the system like an airline frequent flier program. To maintain your Players Club tier you must fulfill the renewal requirements, which means that you will have to continue to play at the casino to take advantage of the offers that are available to each level.

- Can I get upgraded before having fulfilled the requirement?
Yes. The system may upgrade you to a higher level before you have fulfilled all the actual requirements. This "early" upgrade is based on a number of advanced calculations where your wagering, account history etc. is taken into account.
This "early" upgrade feature means that if you for instance have had a high loss percentage in a period, the system may upgrade you temporarily for a month or two to let you take advantage of the better bonus offers and comp points in order for you to do better.
There is no guarantee that you will continue to remain at the higher level. The only sure way to advance to a higher level - and stay there - is to fulfill the announced requirements.
