Casino.Net reserves the right to change the License Agreement and the Terms and Conditions from time to time. The User will be notified of any changes prior to the use of the Casino.Net's casino system when logging into the system. This license agreement and the terms and conditions apply to both Casino.Net and the User. Casino.Net agrees to provide the User with the services listed below. By pressing the 'I AGREE' button upon registration, the User states that when he/she enters the casino, he/she fully understands the License Agreement, the Terms and Conditions of use, and how Casino.Net's casino system operates. The User agrees to act in accordance with all of the following paragraphs.

Participation in the online casino games (collectively the 'Games') is open to residents of legal age in a jurisdiction of residence, where the Games are not prohibited. Employees of Casino.Net, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not eligible to participate in the Games.

By launching the client application, opening an account, use and reuse of such an account, participation in the Games, or acceptance of any prize or promotional bonus, User represents, warrants and certifies all of the following:

License Agreement

Casino.Net grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, non-assignable, and non-transferable license to use Casino.Net's software and Internet gambling service. The User may use the software on any computer at which he/she is the primary user.

§2
The User may not copy the software or written materials associated with the casino system or website. The license cannot be assigned or transferred to anyone but the original User. The User may not sublicense, nor assign or transfer this license, nor rent or lease any portion of the casino system. The User may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, or make any attempt to discover the source code, or create derivative works based on the casino system.

§3
Casino.Net's casino system and website in full title, all pictures, graphics, photographs, animations, videos, music, audio, text, and the software in full are protected by copyright laws. Any unauthorized copying or distribution is strictly forbidden, and violators will be prosecuted.

§4
The User agrees that he/she is solely responsible for all use of Casino.Net's casino system through his/her Login, Password, and Security Code. The User is obliged to keep his/her Login, Password, and Security Code secret and confidential. Any unauthorized use of the Login, Password, or Security Code shall be the sole responsibility of the User and be deemed as his/her use. Any liability there from shall be that of the User.

§5
Commercial use of Casino.Net's casino system is strictly forbidden. The User is only allowed to wager for his/her personal entertainment. Before the User participates at Casino.Net's casino system, he/she is responsible to verify the laws on gambling which govern the place where the casino system is used to determine restrictions and act in accordance with those restrictions.

The User fully accepts that all computer instructions and responses sent over the Internet to and from Casino.Net's casino system and the client software will be binding to the User. (In order to understand how to use Casino.Net's casino system, the User can access the software's help file.) The User fully accepts and agrees that random number generator software will determine the outcome of the Games.

§7
Money in the User's account is used to place bets in the Games. Casino.Net reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager. The User is not allowed to place a wager greater than the amount in his/her personal account. Any User winnings are placed into his/her personal account. Deposits and withdrawals are made through the casino systems Cashier's office.

§8
The User accepts and authorizes Casino.Net to instruct WebDollar Ltd. to handle account deposits, withdrawals and random security checks. Thereby the User allows Casino.Net to give such instructions on his/her behalf. Casino.Net reserves the right to withhold payment of any funds if suspicion or evidence of manipulation with Casino.Net's casino system arises. Charges will be brought against any User or other who has manipulated, or tried to manipulate, Casino.Net's casino system.

§9
To maintain a high level of security to protect the User's funds, Casino.Net performs random security checks. The User hereby accepts that Casino.Net maintains the right to demand additional documentation in order to verify the User as the cardholder in the event of a security check.

User acknowledges that full freedom from errors or incompleteness is impossible to achieve with respect to computer software. Should User become aware that the software contains such error or incompleteness User undertakes to refrain from taking any advantage whatsoever thereof. Moreover, promptly upon becoming aware of such error or incompleteness User shall notify Casino.Net in writing.

§11
User becomes party to the terms and conditions specified by the Casino.Net and agree to abide by these terms and conditions, including any revisions which may periodically take place. At least once a month, User agrees to review the terms and conditions on the web site: www.casino.net 

§12
The Games are subject to the laws and regulations of the nation of Curacao (Netherlands Antilles).

§13
User fully understands the standards and laws, as such standards and laws relate to the Games, of the community/legal jurisdiction where he/she is resident. User has the complete and unrestricted legal right to participate in the Games. User's participation in the Games is not prohibited by any government with proper jurisdiction.

§14
Users that are residents of Sweden, Netherlands Antilles, The Netherlands, or Antigua & Barbuda are not eligible to participate in the Games under any circumstances. Any deposits, promotional bonus and game play from Users in these locations will be null and void. Casino.Net reserves the right to add any country to the list of prohibited jurisdictions at any time, without prior notice.

Residents of the following list of countries may not participate in the Games without prior pre-approval from Casino.Net. The pre-approval is subject to a security check and possibly restrictions in deposits, withdrawals and/or game play.
The current list of such countries are: Afghanistan, Albania, Armenia, Angola, Azerbaijan, Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Belarus, Costa Rica, Czechoslovakia, Djibouti, Algeria, Estonia, Georgia, Indonesia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Lithuania, Morocco, Macau, Northern Mariana Islands, Neutral Zone, Pakistan, Romania, Rwanda, Slovenia, Slovakia, Thailand, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Yugoslavia (former).

User has reached the age of 18 or the legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

§16
User shall not allow any other person or third party; including, without limitation, any minor, to use or reuse User's account, accept any prize, or participate in the Games.

§17
Any applicable taxes and fees in connection with any awarded prize are the sole responsibility of User. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for any other prize.

§18
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Games, prizes, web site, client application, Casino.Net, Boss Casinos N.V., and/or WebDollar Ltd. shall be governed by the laws of Curacao (Dutch Antilles), excluding choice of law principles.

Accounts, Wagering and Bonuses

§19
Only one (1) Real Account is allowed per User, per household, computer, address, e-mail address, credit card number, bank account and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc). Should User wish to open more than one account, User must contact Casino.Net and seek pre-approval. If User already has multiple accounts, User is not eligible for multiple promotional bonuses in Users additional accounts. Any User attempting to claim multiple promotional bonuses for which User is not eligible will have his/her account closed and any winnings on all his/her accounts will be null and void. All cash-ins will be cancelled.

§20
If, while playing the Games, User wins a sum regarded by the Casino.Net Management as worthy of publicity, User agrees to make him/her available for any event of such a nature arranged by Casino.Net. While Casino.Net protects all personal data entrusted to us, we reserve the right to use first names or nicknames in any announcement about promotion results.

§21
In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Casino.Net Manager, Boss Casinos N.V. or WebDollar Ltd. will be considered full and final

§22
Employees, officers and directors of Casino.Net, its promotional partners or other agencies, licensees and licensors, affiliate partners, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for any bonus offers. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.

§23
When receiving a promotional bonus, User will be wagering with his own funds first. A pre-set wagering level will be set per promotional bonus, and not until this level has been reached will User be able to withdraw the bonus amount. If User decides to cash-out before reaching the pre-set wagering level, User will forfeit the bonus amount back to Casino.Net. The pre-set wagering level will be announced by Casino.Net for each promotional bonus.

§24
No games are excluded from participation in promotional bonuses. No-risk wagers (e.g. wagering on red and black on roulette simultaneously) and transference of bonuses into another User account through opposite wagers on games will be considered as an attempt to abuse the promotional bonus.

§25
Casino.Net audits all deposits, withdrawals and game play. If User is participating in abusive strategies, Casino.Net reserves the right to cancel the account at our discretion, void bonuses and any winnings, as well as pass on any information regarding abuse to WebDollar Ltd and Boss Casinos N.V.. Any losses User may have incurred while attempting to abuse a promotional bonus are non-refundable.

§26
All persons regarded by Boss Casinos N.V. or WebDollar Ltd to be abusing promotions lose membership at all Casinos utilizing WebDollar Ltd. and Boss Casinos N.V. services. Moreover, in the event a barred (or any likeness of) User attempts to open an account, the account will become void retroactive to one (1) second after the account was opened.

§27
Only the original User is granted winnings, no transference is allowed. Any account that violates this term will be void and only the original deposited amount shall be returned.

§28
The Casino.Net Management reserves the right to change or end promotional offers at any time prior to any expiry date mentioned, as well as exclude certain Users or countries from participation in promotional offers.
