First Deposit Bonus

New Level Bonus
 This offer is available once when you advance to a new level.
When you advance to Bronze you will be offered a 25% - up to €50 - bonus, and when you subsequently reach Silver you will be offered a 35% - up to €210 - bonus. In other words, you will receive a new offer every time you advance a level, which means that when you reach Platinum, you will have received all the offers including the first deposit offer for a total value of €1260. The offer is only valid for one deposit, once per level.
Weekly Bonus

Comp Points
The amount of comp points you receive per bet increases as you advance through the levels. Please click here for an overview of the Complimentary Program.
Cash-back bonus every month
This bonus offer is available once every month, where you can get a 10% cash-back on any losses incurred during a full day.
 To redeem the Pick-Your-Day Cash-back offer, simply select a day every month and send an email to your personal manager, who will then deposit 10% of any losses on your deposits into your account. The value is calculated as 10% of any losses incurred on your own deposit during a full 24-hour day. Losses on previous winnings, reversed withdrawals, bonuses or comp points do not qualify towards the calculation. The day is defined as a full 24-hour period in GMT-time (London-time). The cash-back bonus must be claimed no later than the 10th of the following month. There is no maximum value.

Once you have reached Silver or above, a personal manager will be assigned to you. If you have any questions or need assistance, he/she will be able to assist you. The personal manager is available during business hours GMT-time.
