Our Mission in Malaysia

Casino.net is an online casino review site run by iGaming.com LTD, which has been working in gambling since 2011. This page sets out what we are here to do for Malaysian players. The reviews themselves sit in our guide to the best online casinos in Malaysia, and the people who write them are named on our About Us page.

Our Mission

Our mission is to build and support a community of players who want to get more out of online casinos. In practice that means information a reader can verify rather than take on trust, and wording about risk that nobody has to decode. We write on the basis that gambling is entertainment and not an income.

Our Vision

We want Casino.net to be the site a Malaysian player opens before signing up to a casino, and the one they come back to when something goes wrong. Getting there rests on five values, the same five we hold every review to:

  • Independent & Fair Comparisons: Whether or not a casino has a commercial relationship with us, it meets the same standards.
  • Player-Focused Guidance: We write for the person deciding whether to open an account, not for the operator hoping they will.
  • Transparency First: We publish the weighting behind a score and the date we last updated it.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Where the data is missing we leave the field blank and say so.
  • Continuous Monitoring: Regulators change the rules and operators change their terms; both send us back to the review.

How Casino.net Is Different

Plenty of sites rank casinos. We show the working. A review tells you where its figures came from, when we last looked at them, and what we could not confirm.

What Casino.net gives a Malaysian player today:

  • One Scoring Run for Everyone: The Casino.net Algo applies identical criteria to every operator, so two casinos with the same data land in the same place.
  • Rankings That Follow the Data: When a figure in the database changes, the score changes with it. No marketing budget has that effect.
  • Sourced Facts: Licence numbers, bonus terms and withdrawal methods come out of the operator database our research team maintains.
  • Comparisons in One Format: Bonuses, payment methods, game counts and RTP figures sit side by side the same way for every casino.
  • Honest Gaps: Where a verdict rests on demo play instead of a funded account, the review says so.
  • An Open Method: We document the scoring, so anybody can see why one casino outranks another.

The Road Ahead

We are early. The goal is every legal market and the casinos licensed in it, and the research, content, design and development teams are working through them market by market. On the way there:

  • Original Research: Studies drawn from our own operator database, published even when they make uncomfortable reading.
  • Deeper Guides: Withdrawal speed, deposit methods and the terms that decide whether a bonus is worth taking.
  • Player Profiles and Comments: A place for the person who rated a casino to say what actually happened.
  • More Markets: Each new market brings a regulator, advertising rules and responsible gambling requirements we have to work through first.

Corrections and Ideas

Tell us where we have got something wrong and we will fix it: corrections go to editorial@casino.net and reach an editor. Anything else, including what you think we should cover next, goes to pr@casino.net.
