Personal Background, Work Experience and Education
She was heading for an academy of arts and turned towards engineering design instead, because she wanted the things she made to do a job.
Anna knew from an early age that she wanted a career in art. She finished her primary education with excellent results, was accepted into an art high school, and at that point the path looked settled: an academy of arts, and then work as a professional artist.
Those years changed her mind. She still enjoyed the creative process, but academic artwork on its own did not satisfy her. Art has its own value when it exists for its own sake, and she wanted the things she made to have a purpose, a function and a real connection with the people who would use them. That is what took her to the Technical University of Varna and to engineering design.
There she found applied design: graphic design, logos, visual identity, prepress and much else. She fell in love with the idea that something can be visually engaging and solve a problem at the same time, making things easier, clearer or more accessible. She specialised in web design and now has more than 25 years in the field, which covers the whole arc from the early web to today’s digital products. The tools and the technology changed beyond recognition, but the principles she works to did not: understand the person on the other side, communicate clearly, and build something that is both beautiful and functional.
She kept adding to that foundation with courses in Front-End development and applied psychology, and user experience gradually became one of her strongest professional interests. She has always cared not only about how something looks but about why it works the way it does, how people read it, what moves them to act, and how an experience can be made to feel natural. She treats design today as the meeting point of art, technology, psychology and function, and what still keeps her in it is the part where she anticipates how someone will move through the whole experience, sometimes towards something they did not yet know they wanted.

Role and Mission at Casino.net
Anna’s goal for the new domain is a clear and intuitive experience that builds trust, and that turns the site’s expert information and data into real value for readers and for the business alike. She wants every element to have a purpose, from helping someone find the right market and the right content through to guiding them towards the next action, while supporting organic traffic, engagement and conversions. Good design, in her words, feels effortless to the user and has a clear business strategy underneath it. She talks more about that on the page introducing the people behind Casino.net.
Gambling Industry Expertise
Anna’s expertise in this industry is largely about turning large amounts of complex information into a clear digital experience. Much of that structure follows the criteria the team scores operators against. She works with several types of content, data and criteria that have to be structured so a reader can quickly find what matters, compare the options and move with confidence. A good gambling product, in her view, is not the one that gives you the most information but the one that helps you understand it and choose what is right for you. Structure, clarity, trust and an understanding of user behaviour are what shape her approach.
Information Architecture and Content Hierarchy
She organises large amounts of complex information into clear, intuitive structures. Strong information architecture and a deliberate content hierarchy are what make it easier for a reader to understand a page, navigate it and compare the options on it.
User-Centred Interface Design
She designs interfaces around real user needs, behaviours and expectations. The focus is on clear, consistent and accessible experiences that reduce friction and help people find what they need quickly.
UX Research and User Behaviour
She uses behaviour, analytics and feedback to understand how people interact with the product and where they run into friction. Those insights refine the design decisions, improve usability and bring the experience closer to what people actually need.
Stance on Responsible Gambling
Anna believes that…
That thinking traces back to the promise Casino.net makes to its readers: a page should never make gambling look easier than stopping. She makes sure the tools a player needs to set a limit or take a break sit in plain sight, not three clicks deep, because it is design that decides which of the two happens. Always play responsibly.
