Personal Background, Work Experience and Education
She studied finance first, moved into graphic design, and only then came to code. The detour is why she cares as much about how a page looks as about how it is built.
Elitsa is a front-end developer based in Bulgaria with over a decade in the digital industry. Her path into development was not a straight line: she started out in finance, moved into graphic design, and then made the shift to writing code for the web. That mix of business training and a designer’s eye still shapes how she works, with an emphasis on interfaces that are both visually polished and practical to build and maintain.
She finished high school in a small town, in an Information Technologies profile, then took her university education in Finance and IT Innovations in Business at the University of Economics in Varna. Her first job was at a Bulgarian web design agency working with international clients, as a Graphic Designer. After a year she moved into a Front-End Developer role, turning designs into working, responsive websites and building the foundation of her front-end skill set.
In 2018 she joined iGaming.com as a Front-End Developer and was promoted to Senior. Over eight years there she has been responsible for building and maintaining the company’s portfolio of iGaming affiliate websites and, more recently, for bringing AI-assisted practices into the development process. Since 2025 she has been deepening that focus, completing a series of practical courses on AI tooling, integrations and agent workflows and applying them to her day-to-day work.

The goal she set for the site was a colourful, interactive and engaging modern build that leads the reader seamlessly across high-level content and statistics, an ambition she explains further on the page introducing the team behind it.
Gambling Industry Expertise
Elitsa’s expertise sits on the technical side of the industry. A good share of that data now flows straight into the algorithm that ranks each operator. Eight years of building and maintaining iGaming affiliate sites is eight years spent on the pages the casino data is presented on, and that is what her three specialisms have in common.

She codes and maintains responsive HTML, CSS and JavaScript layouts, so that a page holds together on a phone as well as it does on a desktop.

Music, Craft and a Paddle Board
Music is my first passion, and from a young age singing, researching new music and dancing have filled my heart. The other thing that makes me happy and is always on my mind is travelling and visiting new places. Speaking of happiness, the things that make my life complete are my family and friends, and I do my best to spend more than enough time with them.
I also love reading, painting, pottery, crafting and decorating. Sports are a big part of my well-being too: besides regular daily training, I like swimming, jogging and riding a paddle board.
