My recommendations:
  • Bring in a Second Live Studio: A second provider alongside Pragmatic Play would widen the presentation styles on offer and remove the single-vendor risk the live floor currently carries.   • The Responsible-Gambling Toolkit Is the Fullest We Have Recorded: Deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and reality checks are all available, alongside time-outs from 24 hours to three months and self-exclusion from six months to five years. The reality-check reminder in particular appears on no other Ontario record we hold.
  • ConnexOntario Is the Named Referral: The operator points players at the province's own free, confidential support service rather than a generic overseas helpline. A referral is only useful if a player can actually act on it, and a provincial service is the one they can.
